I am a Master’s level counsellor working with families in Saskatchewan in different capacities for the past 11 years. As a counsellor I am here to support you and help you navigate life’s ups and downs. I want to empower you to take control of your inner experience in a way that’s meaningful to you.
My training and interests are;
- perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs;) such as post partum depression with both moms and dads
- birth trauma
- perinatal loss/infant loss
Additionally I work with individuals and couples/families;
- parenting (co-parenting or parenting through separation and divorce)
- couples counselling
- intimacy and sex therapy
- stress/burnout/work life balance
- anger management
- generalized anxiety in adults and children
- gerontology; aging process and end of life
